First Impressions - Rating: Poor

By the time I entered on the forum, at first, I thought that there are lots of hidden forums since there are only 3 forums shown there as guests, but when I logged, I can't see any hidden forums for guests, so my point here is that it looks a bit confusing at the first place you entered on the forum, honestly, the index looked empty and looked that the forum is less interesting since there are only 3 forums where you can talk about the forum's subject, so overall, that looks unprofessional for me, there are some more forums that needs to be added, anyway, the index appearance still looks good and neat, the theme is nice, try to improve on the content.

Graphics & Layout - Rating: Poor

I'll start with the graphics, with the banner, For me, the banner looks nice as it is, and looks very fitting to the forum's subject which is about gundam, I guess, although i think the quality of it is not the best, it could have been better, the fonts and some colors used are just fine, for the navigation bar, I guess you should upload good ones but since the forum is not that too much of a content and for designs, it's just fine as it is, you just need to center the navigation bars to make it look more professional on the eyes of the members and guests. For the forum icons, I guess it looks good with the theme however, I don't think it relates with 'Gundam' which you need to change so that the forum will look more 'Gandamish', There's no 'Who is online?' icon, try also uploading an image here of some robot characters on 'Gundamn', as I'd mentioned, try adding more graphics to make the forum more attractive.
Now, for the organization & content of the forum, firstly, as I'd mentioned above, there are only 3 forums which really looks less-interesting forum for me, try adding more such as off-topic, introduction, contest, news etc. forums to make it more interesting, work on the content, I strongly advice it.
The Forum's theme/lay out is fine as it is, I guess it looks very neat and professional so I guess that's fine.

Forum Activity - Rating: Average

Ok, from the index view, I can really say that forum is really active since there are posts made on the forums and being made today, I'd say that looks good, that's what make guests want to join, the amount of posts posted on the forums are fine, there are plenty on each of them, the total amount of posts(3112 messages) can still be improved by creating more interesting topics, adding interesting forums, contests etc. For the users activity, I guess it's not bad, there are several members logged in the past 24 hour period, I guess that amount fine already, just keep posting new topics to keep them from coming back.

Staff & Usergroups - Rating: Very Poor

There are only 3 group, I only know 1 group among those 3 groups which is the moderator group, honestly, the name of the groups are weird, I think the admin group is named 'Gundam Mesiter', do you mean 'master'? It looks weird, really, so i don't know what's the group at the first, I guess you need to give the admin group a more specific and understandable name to make it more professional, also for the moderator group, I guess it's the 'modder' group, the 'modder' name looks akward which can be named to 'Moderator' for more professionality though your group names look unique at the same time, but I would prefer more professionality. Besides from that, I don't really know who are the staff members, try to be specific about your group's name.

Originality & Unique Quality - Rating: Average

I guess the entire forum looks unique, but not quite, what really looks original to this forum is only having 3 forums, I guess that looks unique quite enough although there are some bad effects like having less contents and less-looking interesting forum, I would also mention that the group name are also unique ones though they look akward.

you forgot many points though: the forum has been created quite recently(june) so its normal that activity is low, and you said there is no off topic treads...have you even entered the forum? there is plenty of treads...if you look a bit...
