Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 14/20):
When I first entered your forum ~~I noticed that your forum did follow it's main topic but I couldn't see parts of your page for a while.~~ Then I had noticed the background it does foucus on the your forum topic "Sussex German Shepherd Rescue" I like your forum overall though What doesn't look good too is that the index is too long because there are lots of forums shown on the index, try to improve on those aspects.
Categories & Forums (Score: 10/10):
~~I think the ammount of forums you have on your forum they all relate to dogs and most are very active I wouldn't change a thing about them~~
First of all, it doesn't look good that there are lots of forums shown on the index, it makes the index long and unprofessional, you can make some of them a subforum of a certain forum, also, some important forums like 'News & Announcements' forum should be placed on the top portion so it'll be easier to be seen and will look more professional, you need to get those things fixed.

Graphic Design & Layout

Graphics (Score: 11/20):
Banner
As I looked at your banner I noticed that it was a good size but there was still a huge gap between the banner & forums I would find a way to reduce the gap a bit. It doesn't look that good, it could have been better.
Navigation Bar
I thought your navigation bar was just fine maybe in the future you could create a navigation bar with all different breeds of dogs though that's just my opinion though
Forum Icons
I personaly thought that your forum icons were great but I noticed that the new posts and no new posts icons were related but the forum is locked wasn't reallythe same as the other maybe I am not looking hard enough?
'Who Is Online?' Image
There isn't much of a who is online image I would suggest a new image for there maybe put many different dogs on it as I said with the navigation bar

I like your overall forum icons I would change them a little bit though

The only 2 groups empty are [ Moderators ] [ Irish co-ordinator ] I would advise getting a few more staff members. I also noticed that you have 4 [Administrators] why is there alot of admins but only one other staff member who isn't a administrator

You only have 3 groups ~~5 would be nicer then 3 that is only my opinion I don't have much to say though~~ (It's just fine as it is as long as you don't need to add more groups.
