Don't know If I commented this one already. Stroke makes really big contrast (forum line) and "Welcome message" text is really not needed. I don't like font used in "Lady Gaga". Category picture is just a cut out of some grungy wall, don't like it really much. Also that pink doesn't really fit in. And all those black lines on white is not really nice. You should have used something weaker, not #000 but some gray that won't stand out on white. Don't really like forums and sub forums being in such strong gradient, you should have used brighter orange.
