We should have a quick-action, where when we are browsing the forum, we could check mark a thread, and then go down to the bottom of the page, and it will ask you what you want to do with the following thread(s) that were/was checkmarked.
You can pick stuff like lock, sticky, make as an announcement or a global announcement.

i dont get it. can't you already just click a button and the thread is instantly locked? thats pretty quick

You can click the 
button to lock it, or select "Lock this topic" in "Quick Mod Tools".
And you can click the link in "You can moderate this forum" and you'll be able to perform a same action for more topics in same forum.

Well... what do you mean? There is a moderator panel where you can check topics/posts and delete/lock/move them. I'm using Phbb2.

I'm talking about all them+sticking threads and making threads (global) announcements.

I was thinking instead of backing up the whole forum, there could be an option that would allow us to backup what a certain member has done (incase an Admin's account was hacked or something).
