Install phpBB Syntax Highlighting Mod

Hello,
My forum is about development, so for sure it needs a syntax highlighting, but a friend that is an expert on phpBB3(not phpBB2 as my case), said that phpBB Syntax Highlighting MOD was the best for my needs, then I want to know if some technician can install it to my board. Smile

not just for phpbb2, for also phpbb3.
