Update attachments directly

Hello,

My suggestion is that we could update a attachment directy when we edit the message and not deleting the current attachment an reuploading it ..

Why is that ? Well .. it would be much easier this way, we wouldn't have to lose the number of clicks it has got, but most important, if .. for e.g. I payed for 50MB extra space, it has expired and I need to update one of my attachments but I can't because I would have to delete and reupload it and it will cost me another 50MB or so to update it.. if we could update it directly, this problem wouldn't occure.

Also a small note should be displayed about the date the attachment was updated Very Happy (like in the messages "Last edit by etc...")

Hope the suggestion will be accepted.

And .. sorry for my bad english. Sad
