Here are my thoughts on your forum:
Your forum at first glance looks very nice and professionally done. I would just suggest adding a couple of widgets to your home page as well as some sort of entertainment done on your forum's portal page.

Your Forum's Pro's:

• Good Graphics
  
• Forum content is unique
  
• Good Organization
  
• Perfect amount of user groups; Though I would suggest changing the group from Moderators to Administrators than manually create your own Moderators Group.

• Activity is average for your forum. Just commit more posts every day.
  

Your Forum's Con's:

• Your forum has no banner. I would suggest to add one as this is essential.
  
• Your navigation bar would look better if it was centered.
