I found your forum design to be very professional and profound. I really like the way your colors blend in together in a way of making your forum's main topic more lively. I like the way your theme has an original category as well, I found it to be very entertaining to anyone who is willing to help out your community. Looking at your forum's layout, I would see it as not quite perfected yet. I would suggest the following format:
Category: Information
Keep contents here, they look alright.
Category: Fun & Entertainment
Add several different forums on role-play, or what ever types of entertainment that you would like.
Category: Miscellanious
I would suggest to create a forum called suggestions then have the main forum the members' sugegstions then create a sub-forum as the Guest Suggestions.
Add a forum called Media and have it described of being discussing most of your media such as videos and pictures and such.
Add a forum called Garbage where all of your trashed threads go to.
Your forum looks great, you just need to work on it a little more.
