Hi there.
By my understanding Hitskin gives us "Free Skins" for our forums. So since they're free, does that mean you can take (minimal) images or codes from them and use them on your own forum (provided you give credit)?

Since they are free. Unless the developer specifically asks you not to in the skin's description...

You are allowed to. If you make any big changes you should probably actually remove the creator's name because they may not like what you've done to their skin and don't want people to think they made a bad skin. Get what I'm saying?
