Any image will be fine though try to make it realistic, like don't put a kid picture for an anbu or a Kage .

The Hokage and Sannin pictures are wrong.

For hokage search Tsunade

as for sannin orochimaru

Also [Could you make them rectangular not squares] also don't add a gray shade or shadow in the back/

corrected ranks and other two also modified coz i was not happy...

now coming to the size ... dear that exactly the size u specified above 100x80

removing the background shadow... heres a sample ...would look like this are u happy with this kind...

if yes then i did remove the background dropshadow to all n resubmit...
