Can Someone bold "Forum"?

I don't really need much, i had someone help and he put forum on the image which helped:

But i need the Text "Forum" a little bit more bold, have the text aligned better, and just make it look like the rest of the nav-bar i have:

thanks, and please i need this done as soon as you can do this. my site is www.fatalarmy.com sorry if this isn't the best format, but i just need the text bolder and aligned to match the rest of the nav-bar.
