Ok, When I first came into the forum, it took a while before the whole page showed completely, for my first impression about the forum, I think it really looks good that you had Christmas related designs which looks good since Christmas is getting near, light colors perfectly fit with the Christmas designs too, the snow effect gives a very nice Christmas effect so that's a major thing that gives the forum an early Christmas feeling, for the portal, for me, it looks good and organized, there's only less amount of widgets so nothing wrong there, the portal looks a bit long which doesn't look quite good, for the index, I guess everything's quite good here also, I also thought that your forum theme is too simple which can be improved, but the index looks organized for me, the organization is good too, From the index view, the activity of the forum is average to low since there are only less forums with latest posts and some forums doesn't have any posts or doesn't have more than 5 posts, the graphics are fine too but the banner looks simple and can be improved.

-The forum has a nice Christmas effect from the snow effect, Christmas banners etc,
-You have an organized looking portal
-You have an organized looking index
-Light colors fit perfectly well with the Christmas designs

Cons
-Very simple theme
-Activity of the forum is considered average to low
-Some major graphics can be improved like the banner.
