1. First Impressions (Score: 14/20):
   I quite liked my first impression upon the forum. The forum is clean, simple and smart which are the most necessary factors in the design and categorization of the forum. I think that this has deserved a high mark, and it definitely would from any impressionist angle.
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 5/10):
   There are substantial categories and forums, the main problem I have with it is reading what each category contains. i.e. You have oversized icons for your categories when you could easily have small icons and a bright and simple description. Having big images as the Forum Icon seems to detract people from registration, in my opinion. Keep to small icons, mate.

1. Graphics (Score: 17/20):
   Banner
   The banner is very unique as the fade out effect is very keen to the eye and the font is just perfect, as to the color and design of the banner itself. I quite liked this enough to give you a high mark already
   Navigation Bar
   The navigaiton bar is nice, but seems to trait some gothic appearance. But I guess that the darkness of the bar does provide a pleasant sense of abstract design, which is again, another big factor of a forum.
   Forum Icons
   Clean and distinctive. Provides a nice and smart look, and what I like about them most is, that they are unique, unique meaning they aren't just searched up on a forum and used. They are designed by the forum itself.
   'Who Is Online?' Image
   I cannot really describe the 'Who is Online?' image, it is NOT a necessary factor to a forum, but necessarily it is dark so it does blend with the forum in some way.
   
2. Forum Layout & Colors (Score: 10/10):
   The design, to simply put it into perspective, is dark and attractive. The images, collided, also make the forum show its point of view. Having a forum with this category being light blue would be horrific and disgusting. Which is why I pointed out interest to this forum in particular. More or less, I prefer the dark themes more as they are easily distinctive and readable. Yes, I do have some poor eyesight indeed .

1. Population of Groups (Score: 7/10):
   There are four extremely active administrators in the forum which is excellent. A little too much, but it does not ruin anything. Four active administrators is better than four inactive administrators. Moderators is very low, and I would suggest that some more moderators be hired. All the other groups are membergroups which I have no comment on, there are not enough users for there to be Veterans, so more advertising ought to do the trick. Perhaps an extra two moderators would have gotten you a few marks higher.
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 8/10):
   The groups are all necessarily active, but the moderator group lacks some attention which may be a problem in the future. Although I would admit that this is a personal matter between the administrators, who they trust and can ensure upon moderation standards and power. Overall, I think they have a good general group standard.

1. Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score: 9/10):
   

   Our users have posted a total of 8873 messages
   We have 123 registered users
   The newest registered user is Doodlebop

   
   This sounds like an average amount of posts for that amount of users, if not perhaps a l'il higher. The activity of these users, however, only few actually visit after their registration. At least 30 more of those registered users should be active which I suggest you should send them a deactivation inform warning them their account will be deemed un-needed.
2. Users Active (Score: 4/10):

   I would say the equality between the staff and users being active is about the same, this shows the staff are doing their job correctly and not 'mass-hiring' as they call it. A general balance between the two is very smart.
