Quick Review - Rating: Average

Pros
-Very nice graphics which symbolizes what the forum is all about
-Very informative description of forums which is good and effective for new users
-Still got a nice starting activity including the users and posters activity
-Colors/ the theme fits perfectly to the subject of the forum
-A good and colorful looking index due to the images placed on each forum

Cons
-First of all, the banner looks incomplete for me or it lacks design, the banner needs more effects and texts
-Most of the widgets are not useful/unimportant, like the calendar & who is online?
-Very Long index which looks unprofessional
-Even though the forum has a good starting activity, it doesn't look good that there are forums with no posts.
-Laggy forum, its a bit slow to navigate around the forum

I can tell you something about design, I used to be in blue team.

- Skin: It seems like you've taken all images you find and combined them. That usually doesn't work well. You have yellow, green, black, white, purple, pink, red color in your skin. I would suggest tearing down the list. Black backgrounds, gray text and yellow links could save the thing because that's the most dominant color on your banner. Background doesn't fit at all, you even have copyright text on it. Also comic sans isn't recommended for forums, you give away childish first impression.

- Banner height is too big. It takes time to load. On the graphics part, lights are good, they come from one side making one part darker. I like that. Font is not readable. Should have put it more on the left side and made it readable. I would cut it from top and bottom, not all dragon heads have to be visible, the FGD is already there and we know it.

- Whole skin is full black. Make the forum cells #0d0d0d or something similar, maybe little bit brighter, and body background color almost black, but not completely. Who's online image doesn't really fit, like many things don't.

- Take a look at topic icons. They are red, and you should change them. Do not use more than three colors unless in banner. Banner should be like it already is.

- Those forums, they are tho high due these images that aren't really needed. It just takes time to load and many visitors would leave when they get bored. It took more than 15 seconds to load, which is too much.

That's about it.
