Decide wich groups can access the forum while its "under construction"

Hello.

Nowadays, when we set the forum into "under construction" mode, only Admins can login...

I suggest to change that...and that the Admin could set wich groups could log in into the forum while its in "under construction" mode.

Ranks are just basic images, they don't have any permissions as such. You should say groups instead of ranks.

i need some mods to help out with doing a clean up now and then and test updates when i close the site to test them so it would be better if i could pick some staff to help me with out having to add them to the admin group
