Ok, from my last review to this forum, I'd say from my first impression that the forum improved a little bit on this criteria, so for my first impressions, I noticed that you had this nice consistency of colors right now than the previous one you had from my last review, and it feels good to see less colors, more explanation here later, so for the portal,you had a nice work here too, last time I reviewed the forum, there was no widget between the column 1 and column 3 portion of the portal(between left & right), so it looks more professional now with having complete shown widgets there, so nice work, however, the spaces between the widgets looks too much, you should fix that, now for the index, it looks better than before, as I'd mentioned, there are lot more consistency of colors here, the index looks more inviting for me because of the graphics you have than its previous look, the index looks too long which doesn't look good but it's considerable since the forum has a lot of doings there.

Starting with the major graphics, the banner looks better than the previous, as I'd remembered from the last, your last banner doesn't have any background, but your banner for now is better and more specific for the subject of your forum, it represents your forum brilliantly, nice quality of the banner you have too, so nice work overall with your banner, the navigation bars are also better than the previous ones, they look more professional, it also looks good that there are some figures/symbols on the navigation bars that also relates to spongebob, they don't look plain too, so nice work with your navigation bar too, The forum icons(new post, no new post & forum is locked) looks good and fits to the spongebob forum too, nice work here, and the who is online icon is also good, it's the same who is online icon I saw from the last review but it's the best one for that area, so nice work overall with the graphics.
For the content/organization & categories/forums of the forums, I see that you've fixed what I said about your organization concerning the categories & forums, it's nice to look at the 'Rules' forums being the 1st forum seen on top, for me, it's the most important so that looks good there, and I also saw that the off topic forums are now on the bottom part, nice work here, the forums seems to be fine, although I would suggest combining all the off topic forums in a 'general disucssion' forum at the bottom to shorten the index a bit.
For the color/theme of the forum, as I'd mentioned from the 1st impression, you had a better consistency of colors than the previous one, you had less colors which is pleasant to look at, the animated background looks awesome too, fits perfectly for a Spongebob forum. Nice work.

From the index view, I can see that the forum is fairly active, some forums are active with new posts being posted today or yesterday while some forums have no new posts, so to say that you have a fair activity going on but still having a great work on this criteria, there are lots of forums with brilliant amount of posts, the total amount of messages (55664 messages) is really a nice achievement for the forum's posting activity, I'd say that the forum has a very high posting activity, the amount of users that logged in the past 24 hours is also a good thing to look at, there are lots of members that are active and that's nice, there are also lots of members online while I'm reviewing the forum. Good work.

The forum has a total of 5 groups, which is really a good thing that you have little amount of groups, I prefer that, it looks more organized, all of the groups seems to have their own use on the forum, the color of the group 'Bikini Bottomites' needs to be changed because it's hardly read-able and blends with the color of the forum, for the amount of staff, from the last review, the forum had only had 4 admins, but now, the forum had 5, and as I'd mentioned there's no really point of having too much admins because I 3 admins can handle the forum and the mods can be their back, 3 mods is fine, and the other groups are fine too.

I don't see much of unique things on the forum same as from the previous review, although the animated background seems too look good and original for the forum.
