You can make the new topic and new reply hover in the CSS stylesheet. At the moment I can not provide the code you needs as I am browsing via iPod.

@gangstar in the hover opacity i have problem in the below buttons in the upper New Post and Post Reply it works in the code hover opacity below it dont works it dont hover opacity it still normal like this
