Graphics & Layout - Rating: Excellent

I really like the background color/image behind the forum itself. Nice exact site logo/banner. Creative forum logo with a good subtitle. Nice calm and neutral color scheme being used, doesnt annoy ones eyes. Also, the scheme of the forum is simple; blacks, whites, green. Everything is neutral, blends, and is quite easy on the eyes. The forums colors are a very pleasant to look at. The skin is simple yet has some designs that compliment the simple look to the forum. Navigation is neat and easy to read with a slight tilt to the head. I also like your icons under titles of every forums. It increases the beauty in the eye. The forums width is fixed to a size thats acceptable and easy on the eyes. There is no favicon being used. I would highly suggest to add favicon in your forum. The forum buttons match the skin overall. Nothing more to say. You've gotten a good design. Keep up the good work. A forum may always be a work in progress, but so long as your will is not broken and you have a focus, you have already scaled the mountain and found that most valuable prize as a community builder and forum administrator. Smile

My review is not meant in contradiction of the conclusion above about the forum being an accomplished one. I do not go into a forum deciding whether it is good or bad. My only goal is to make suggestions where I believe they may help, to inspire new ideas, and to give new perspectives. I certainly could have focused on giving a lot of flattering commentary, but I do not believe I would have been as productive.

Russel, the use of the reviewing template by normal members is forbidden. This is just a reminder that you may not do this as this is reserved for Staff only.
