Would you like a new tool to change the Admin Founder to another admin?

The only option to change the admin founder is to delete all the messages and change emails and password... I thinkt that this option is not viable when an "Admin Founder" has more than 1K of post.
A new admin tool that only the founder can do, with the supervision of the "Forumotion" admins (to prevent a hack), the transfer without the deletion of their topic, moreover if the "Admin Founder" had change his name to a different one and want to keep his/her post.
