 First Impressions - Rating: Average
When I first cam on the forum which directed me to the index, I was really impressed first by your forum designs which includes the forum graphics, lay out, colors etc. All seems to look brilliant on this criteria which is the design mainly, the forum also looked busy because there are lots of widgets on the index, I think it doesn't hurt the index organization but it's a little bit laggy on the forum, so that's one aspect that affects the forum if you're having too much widgets/things on your forum, the index doesn't look good if it looks too long, it looks unprofessional for me, I think you should keep forums/categories tight on your index by making most of the forums a subforum of a certain forum to shorten the index a bit, I suggest you to fix the appearance of the index, on the portal, you don't have much things displayed there which looks organized, but I would suggest you to place a widget on the middle part such as a news widget so the middle part won't look empty. That will look better and more professional, other that, I don't see anything wrong on your portal, just needs to fix that part, I definitely think you need to fix those parts for your first impression criteria.
 Graphics & Layout - Rating:Average
I'll start mainly with the graphics of the forum, so starting with your banner/forum logo, I was definitely impressed when I first saw your banner, it looks really brilliant and elegant on your forum and highlights the forum subject which is about 'Naruto', the banner gives a burst of colors which the forum need since the forum has dark colors, the quality is very nice and the characters on it looks really good, as I'd mentioned, the colors of the banner are brilliant, brings brightness to the forum, the fonts used are good too, the size of the banner is just perfect, nice work on your banner. The navigation bars are good too, partners perfectly with the colors of your banner and to your forum too, good work on the navigation bars. The forum icons(new post, no new post & forum is locked) are all good, they fir perfectly to a 'Naruto' forum and they're really on a high quality, nice work here. The 'who is online?' image is good too, it fits to the whole forum too, the the bottom part and the font on that image looks really simple and not quite good which can be improved, the images on the forums are all good, although it doesn't look good that there some forums with images while some have none because it makes the index look under construction. I suggest you to put images on the forums that don't have to give the forum more designs.
Let's get to the organization/content part of the forum, first of all, I would say that you have lots of forums & categories shown on the index which makes the index long, this can be fixed by making the descriptions of some forums shorter or making some forums a subforum of a certain forum, I suggest you to combine the 'Introduction' & 'Departure' forum combined because it looks unprofessional to have a 'departure' forum, it will show how many members are leaving the forum, I also suggest you to rename your 'Spam' forum to something different, like 'Forum Games' section, because it doesn't look good that the forum has a spam messages, it looks really unprofessional, other than, the organization of the categories & forums are fine,
The theme of the forum is good, including the colors, dark colors fit perfectly for a naruto forum.. the background is awesome too. Good work here.

Ok, first of all, when I was viewing/looking at your 'latest topics' widgets, I was impressed by how many news posts that were posted 'yesterday' or 'Today' on that widget, nice work on the posting activity for the first impressions, though, from the index view, I can see most of the forums has plenty amount of posts while most of them too has no posts which doesn't look good, and I can really see that most of the forums are inactive because there are no new posts posted on most of the forums, I suggest you to post on the forums having no posts, atleast guides on how to use those forum or rules so that it won't look that your forum is inactive. For the total amount of messages(1229 messages), I would say that that's too little for a forum having 100 plus members, I would estimate that the forum has got to have atleast 5000 posts now, but try posting more so that the activity would go up.
For the amount of users that logged in the past 24 hours, I see that there are lots of members that are quite active which is good, I just don't know why there are less posts on the forum.
 Staff & Usergroups - Rating: Average
First of all, I would say that all your groups are fine and the amount is fine too, though I don't have any idea what most of the groups are about but it's good as long as the groups relate to any other forums, the amount of staff groups(Administrators & Moderators) are fine, also, I would suggest you to place the important groups of the forum on the 1st place, the order of the groups should be: Administrators, Moderators etc. (It should be from important groups to less important ones). For the amount of staff members, i see that you have quite a few number of admins, but it's fine since this is a kind of a busy forum, but try atleast to limit the number of admins to 3 so the forum won't look too much staff populated, the amount of moderators are fine too.
 Originality & Unique Quality - Rating: Average
Although the forum has very impressive graphics, most of them I can almost see on most of the Naruto forums so the graphics doesn't look new for me including the Forum icons(new post, no new post & forum is locked), though I can see some fonts used on the graphics like on the banner are original enough/not common.
