Add to the chatbox 2.0 list

it would be great if you added a rules in the chat box e.g. No spamming, and you could delay the messages of what the user put in if they input a message too fast a message will pop up saying, wait! This stops spam! or something like that, and the rules could be near the 'send' button so they can look at them any time! Inputting 5 rules in would be fantastic!

You should be able to Click there name and ban them like that & be able to Private message. Here is an example. http://123flashchat.com (I AM NOT SPAMMING) This is a site to get answers. See if you like how it looks. I think this is the best kind of chat rooms there is.

No I mean a list of rules in the chatbox, which is clickable so they can read up.

I wish more people would read this. The Chatbox is old. I like 123 Flah Chat. Everyone I know likes it. I don't see why they won't add it. I know its hard work, but look at all the other stuff they done. Please do this beu
