Banner: I really like how creative your banner is, it's perfectly positioned in a forum like yours and also the colors match. However, around the edges if you look really carefully there is a pixelized white line around your banner, and this isn't too good. If you can try and take the image into photoshop and use an eraser on it so you just get the outline, or you can add a soft white glow and that way it will blend in with the image. I can see at the very top left of the image it is somewhat blurred, maybe you could do that to the edges too.

Forum Images: Your navigation bar is superb. It isn't overly obtrusive and it fits nicely with the current theme that you have. I also like your register button because instead of all the other mades where they flash, yours looks neat with just a blue color making it look like something you'd want to click. In other words your navigation bar is neat and easy to follow. The only real thing i'd reccomend is to make it more centered within the forum and to give it some Vspace and Hspace(Padding) around on the top and bottom. (You can do this in custom CSS)

Your category images could use a little work from old posts to maybe something like No New... because old posts makes sense, but not alot of it; as for your forum images Your global announcement and announcement images seem to be a bit smaller than the rest, so you may want to get some custom made images for those.

Background: I really like how your background goes from the dark gray into the white. It's a really nice color combination and the colors flow together well. I also like how your logo is half in and half out of each color, and that the gray is texturized with the noise rather than just being a plain gray. Seems as if you worked hard on it.

Other: The layout of your forums are great, everything is spelled right and everything is neat too. I haven't seen a forum quite like yours before, so it's nice to stumble accross something more unique than what I've seen before.
