Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 16/20):
By the time I visited that forum, i thought that it would be a place that all the kids would have fun and have a nice and relaxing stay. I liked that you used some css to make it better. Like the banner changing or the cursor. But I didn't really like some pictures, buttons and colours.
Categories & Forums (Score: 8/10):
The first thing I thought was that, why to have a different category for each forum? I also thought that you have some forums that could easily be in one and help a new one to find where to post what! You better minus your forums and put more in each category.

Graphic Design & Layout

Graphics (Score: 10/20):
Banner
The main banner was the best graphic of your forum and the only one that made me upgrade the score! Of course you can have some betters but they are nice!
Navigation Bar
The navigation bar looks really simple without any effect to admirate me. Also i think that you better may use a different colours navigation bar more dark.
Forum Icons
Forum icons are also really simple. Better make them more effective and attractive for people. Also i suggest you to make them bigger. (300x100 size would be the best)
'Who Is Online?' Image
The who is online picture is also really simple with only 1-2 render(s) and one simple text. You must surely change it to a better one.
Forum Layout & Colors (Score: 6/10):
I think that your forum needs a change in colours and all that staff. I don't think that blue mixes with naruto a lot and also blue isnt really helpful for eyes.

Population of Groups (Score: 10/10):
You have more than 200 members and the population of groups you have is exactly what it must be.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 7/10):
For staff groups I haven't to say anything , they are ok. But the other groups are a lot and it is boring to see them all. You must minus your groups and change the forum's system to make more professional. More groups = worst.
