What happened this weekend?

Dear Members,

We wanted to apologize for the inconvenience on your forums during the weekend.

Indeed, we had server issues related to our host who decided earlier this weekend, and without consulting us, to make hardware changes on them.

Following these changes, you have encountered problems with downtime, maintenance pages, white pages, disappearance and / or mixing of messages and other problems.
Today, Monday morning, most problems have been corrected and you should not have downtime or maintenance messages. However, the forums hosted on servers directly affected by this changes of material have lost content over the last 48 hours that can not be retrieved.

Feel free to contact our support team if you are still having trouble with your forums.

Although this event is linked to our host and therefore beyond our control, we are putting everything in place so it does not happen again.

The forum seems accessible.

However, as Typlo mentioned its not possible to retrieve those 2 hours of posts.

I was wondering what was screwing up yesterday. Man, I got a screen saying only index on a white screen. Glad the problem is fixed.

Are we still having problems?

Our board just went wonky for a few people and my reputation (+ or -) disappeared next to my name. I still can't get the time on the forum to change either.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had no problems, but today i lost 100 Messages.
At 11 oclock I had 14.900 Messages and at 11:50 oclock I had only 14.800 Messages.

I hadn't had any problems untill 5.30pm today when i cannot now access my forum... Shocked

.... All i am getting now is "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Sad

Please tell me this a forumotion maintanence thing and that i haven't lost my site pale

I'm getting a white page on my site now for the past 12 hours and its working intermittently. Please fix it ASAP.

i can access my forum but its really slow uploading posts and logging in

i cant access my admin panel to add stuff to it etc

My colors are intact, but the log graphic, menu icons, etc that I created, uploaded, and assigned to my forum are now missing. Was this caused by the glitch over the weekend? If so, how do I recover the graphics? Are they no longer hosted on the server? They should be recoverable from a back up of the server as they are months and months old.

Im glad everything is ok .. I have my own Bonanza forum and when one of another forum was hacked and now its gone for life , and then this site was playing up around the same time , i did start to worry .. stuff was going thru my head 'nope its maintaince , i know it is , they'll fix it .' and 4 hrs laters whew.. So thank you so much for fixing everything , your a trooper

It turned out to be the web filter at work. The graphics hosting site was reported as having malicious software. Access to the site was blocked. Graphics are showing now.
