I know my forum needs some work, So i was hopping for somewhere to start.

Quick Review

The first thing I immediately noticed when I entered your forum was your banner. While it was related to Bioshock (a screenshot/in-game picture I believe), it had no text on it. One of the main purposes of a banner is to display the name of the website as creatively as possible. I suggest that you add the board's name to the banner. I also noticed that you have your forum hierarchy set up so that all sub-forums are located on the index. It would make your forum look a lot better if you changed them so you would only really see them when you were in their parent board. As it stands now, your board looks really big, because there are so many sub-boards and regular boards all mixed into one. You should also create categories, and split up the forum's into the relevant categories. It will make your forum extremely more organized and make it look a lot more professional. I also noticed that you have many boards for the Roleplaying part; almost one per "location" in Bioshock. I understand that you are just starting out, but I do think you have a little too many RP boards at the moment. I suggest limiting them now, and then expanding them as the forum activity grows and there is need for more boards. As a final note, I think that you should go through and make sure each board name has the first letter capitalized. This may just be my pet-peeve speaking, but it makes the board look unprofessional if the grammar is incorrect. Overall, your forum need a bit of work, and I know that most of it is due to the fact that you just recently opened. I hope that you can find suggestions in my review and hopefully you put them into good use on your board. Good luck!
