Rating - Average

Banner: The main design flaw to your banner is that you need more vertical space from the top of the forum as the banner hits the very top of the forum. However, saying this I like thebanner itself, but it has a few upgrades to make before it can be called perfect. First off there is a sliver of gray color that hasn't been erased on the outside. It's on the right side beside the letter 'D' in modified. Also, there are a few pieces of gray underneath the car that look to have not been erased after you added the car to the banner. Do all these suggestions and the banner will look great! I must say, on the left side of the forum, it looks better than most themes having it in the center.


Forum Images: First off the navigation bar. The images are nice, but they're too plain to be honest. It's just a button with a text overlay on it. You should make it look like your forum banner, maybe put a different graffiti style font?

Suggestions for your ranks:

Instead of having stars, I think you should have custom made ranks, maybe having a car on the right or left side, and then some text describing what position your staff are.

I can only judge the outside images of your forum because to view a forum you have to log in, and there was no test account provided. In my previous review for you on a different site I said that the Old Posts images are weird, and they don't fit very well. I still belive this, and I think they should be changed, because "Old posts" doesn't make much sense but "new posts" does.

Finally, it appears as if you tried to do a gradient for the side of your category holders, next to the forum names, except for the image repeated all the way down and doesn't look too good. You may want to fix this.


Background: No backgrond to your forum, just a color, however I do like that you've made a gradient for the header and then a lighter shade of gray for the nav bar. It looks good


Layout:

If I were you i'd add an announcements forum so that you can communicate to all your members.

Other than that your layout looks fine. AS i said previously, I cannot judge based on the inside of your forum since I do not have access.
