Rating - Average

First impressions are always the biggest part to a forum so you need to make a forum look amazing. However, yours is rated average because it is one that I see all to often. A dark background, and a dark forum; furthermore your marquee of images is incorrectly sized, so half of the images are cut off. If you're using the forumotion announcement for this, just either make it taller, or put a few BR tags after each announcement so that there is more space. Your forum also looks really busy in some places so you might want to get some more space between some items. Concluding, I really like the chat the pops out from the bottom right of the forum.

I strongly dislike how if you right click it states: Get your own images, theif... Because half of yours aren't yours.

Banner: Your banner is somewhat nice, yet somewhat not. I like how it has a transparent background so that all of the other things that come with jpeg images don't show. If it did, then I'd rate this section alot less than I already have. However, this being stated, your banner is large and obtrusive, so you may want to downsize the height on it.

Forum Images: I like your navigation bar for the sleekness and smoothness that it has to it. Simply because it is small images that are made with a readable font. I also like that your register and login buttons are red to attract attention, however the down side is that there is a rather large gap between the register and login buttons that you may want to fix.

Moving on, I like the post buttons and the icons that are next to it, however I'm not an expert at naruto so I wouldn't know if they were related to the forum or not. Saying this, there is one thing about your forum graphics that I highly dislike which is the image rollover. I typically hover over a forum before I click on it and read the description upon my first visit; however the underlying images to your rollover make the next very very hard to read, so this should be fixed. Also, you need a global announcement image because Forumotion's default image is intended for white forums, and has an ugly pixel outline to it, so having a new image will greatly improve your chance of success on this section.

Background: Even though your background is a downloaded image, I like it for the following reasons: It has a shine to it, and it is perfectly aligned however, it is a big image, and you could probably get away with tiling it. (by the way, I can get around your right click block easily.)

You have over 1000 members in your forum and there are alot that have been online in the last 24 hours, which is great. Many of them are posting too. However, for over 1000 members 13000 posts seems a bit small, less than 13 posts per person which is terrible to be quite honest.

What mainly takes down your score on this part is that you accuse people of stealing your images when you right click, because some of your images are taken too. Your forum isnt too original because of the theme of it, I've seen plenty of anime forums before, and ive seen some with the exact same design as yours. Keep up your work.
