Rating - Average

First thing first, the login bar at the left sidebar is oversized and the text boxes are too far indented, so maybe if you can bring them back a little bit then it would be better for your forum's design. Also, some of your text is a little hard to read (this is on the portal) and there are a few big images. On the main forum, I like how you have used images for the forum categories and that way they bring more images to the forum, however I suggest that you add a HSpace tag to the images, because the text starts right up against them, and that way you cannot read the first word of each line as easily as the others. If you fix this it should be good. I like the blend of colors you have used on the forum, although the orange and grays are close to clashing. I somewhat like how you have a custom cursor, although it is somewhat bigger than usual, so i might make it smaller if i was you.

Banner: Even though this image appears to be a JPEG, I like how it isn't as blurry as others I've seen. However, it is still somewhat tall, so you may want to reduce the size a little bit, and maybe make it wider and blend into the rest of the forum colors, because all the gray up at the top is very dull and boring for the forum. If you could get the blue blurry stripes from the main banner to be a background for the whole header, it'd be better than it is now.

Forum Images: I've seen your whoisonline image before as it is in the graphic gallery of forumotion, and also I've seen your posting category images before. I'd suggest that you make them somewhat related to the overall theme of your forum, because right now they aren't, and Im sure that you could get some free custom images from somewhere (maybe hire a designer?)

Background: Dull gray color, I'd add a noise effect background to make it more interesting than it currently is.

Other: I think your nav bar should be changed, because it is hard to read. If it is changed it might make your forum better. Furthermore, you need new category images, because they all end before the end of the caregory, so make them longer.

I think that the activity for your forum is okay, however it kind of misleading that you used it over 99 hours, seeing as most of the forums usually do it over 24. I think that you could maybe get some more activity for a forum of your size, however for only having 100 right now is above average, but below what a goal should be for a forum like this.

I like the amount of staff for a forum of your size, because you only have 1 administrtor and this is good for only a forum of 100 members, because it means there is not a need for one at this time, and you need one that you can really trust. I also like how you have 2 moderators, because this means you are taking a size of a forum into consideration, and not just hiring to hire. I do however feel like you need some more designers so that you can take the full design of your forum into account and they can make you some new customized images. I dont like some of the colors you have used as they are hard to read on the gray, so I would suggest fixing this.

I like that your forum has some unique things, but not all. I like that many of your image are unique, and that you will be using more soon (hopefully if you follow this review) I would also like to commend you on the uniqueness of your forum overall. I've seen many anime forums but I dont think I've seen any forums that are about Yugioh so keep that up too.

If you follow everyhting I suggested in this review, and you request again, most likely you will get a few excellents in the next review!
