Rating - Excellent

I love what you're doing with your forum, and how it looks, I know that this request wouldbe hard to do but I'd reccomend maybe making the background a bit sharper, however it will increase loading time. Another thing is that some of the navigation images are pushed apart from each other from Home and FAQ. I dont know if this is intentional to make Home Seperated but im unsure If i like it or not. I also suggest making your announcements have some grammaer, because all of the announcements under the navigation bar have no grammar.

Banner: I think that the green at the bottom of the word land is a little bit too dark and makes it hard to read, I'd suggest making it a lighter color. I think that also you can fade the bottom image back a little bit and make it less opaque, that way it will look better on the forum.

Forum Images: I really like that you've used Icons for the forum icons, and Im guessing this is most likely done with an icon website. I also like that your navigation bar is like speech bubbles floating on top of the forum, maybe having a JQuery Horizontal meny might work better. I also really like the ribbon effect for each category, except I think that you should put the category text inside the ribbon.

Background:I like on the background of the forum that it has a noise effect, it makes it look better, and I like that you have a great background on the forum, it just needs to be a little bit sharper. I also like that it changes colors on the X axis of the image.

Other: I dislike the shadow text on most of the forum text, because it makes it hard to read, I'd just put a 1px shadow instead of a 2px.
