I like how there's a great first look to your forum, however I don't like the bright red thing that sticks out, ads. They may be either forumotion's default ads, or your adsense account, however I dont think it should be red because it makes your first look the ads, which tend to take people's interest away because many people these days hate ads. I like how your forum categories look, however I'd reccomend that you round the corners so that they don't just jab out of the sides, you can do this in the CSS. Or by looking here: http://border-radius.com/ ... I'd reccommend a radius of 10-20 pixels. You also should switch up some of the colors of your categories since the black looks different than the other colors. Try to make them blend together to make the most out of your design.

Banner: Im not quite sure if your banner is part of the CSS, or is part of the actual banner, since when I click and drag it doesnt move like an image usually does, either way it looks greatish. I like the text that is on the top of it, and then the www.lolaustrailia.com below, as it is sort of like a logo that OMGPOP used to do, which is very creative. However, the bear/monster behind it is a little bit sketchy, not so much the left side as the right. On the right side i can see some white pixels towards the top of it where it looks rough, and also some at the bottom, and I think that these should be removed.

Forum Images: I like your no new posts and locked icons for the outside of the forum except for i dont really understand the new posts because it has nothing to do with the other two. I think that it should be the L image with maybe a glow to it, so that it stands out without looking completely different from the original. You also need (like most forums i have reviewed) a global announcement icon, since you're using the forumotion default and it looks weird to have it there.

Background: I like how the background relates to the game that your forum resembles however I do not like that it is so small. I think it would be better if you either made it bigger, or faded the sides of it so that it blends in with the black background. I like however, that at the top it fits well with the bear image from the logo.

Other: You need to improve on your navigation bar since some of the text is left aligned and the rest is centered.

What really worries me is that your forum users are over 800 and they've posted less than 10,000 messages. That's less than 10 posts per person. What worries me even more is taht you have almost a thousand of them. I think you need to have some things to make people more active in your forum and to boost up the activity and amount of posts in your forums. See how many forums are popular, and make more forums similar to them. You have some forums with under 20 toics so it seems that people aren't interested in them.

I've never seen a forum like yours, however I can safely say that many of your images are used from the internet, because I could see your background change every 10 minutes when I was helping you in the forum. I think that you need some more custom graphics and to make your forum a better place with them. Use the graphics to your advantage, and don't let anyone get your forum down.
