Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 13/20):
I started with the portal, since that is home page. Portal is not bad but your widgets are too big. Try to reduce the width of you widgets, or you can put them just on one side. Since the forum is about fishing i guess that it needs to be light blue but not all the colors match that.
Categories & Forums (Score: 10/10):
You have lot of forums. But they are good organized. Maybe you have too much of them. Try to put something as sub forums if that can be done, if not leave just the way it is.

Graphic Design & Layout

Graphics (Score:15/20):
Banner
Everything on you banner is great, but you need to change that dark blue background. Try adding some sea effects or something it will be lot better i`m sure.
Navigation Bar
You navigation bar is nice, but it dont match the theme. Navigation bar is black and forums is blue. Also, i didnt liked the line that is part of bar. Its ugly and dont match ether the forum of navigation bar. Find new one.
Forum Icons
Forum icons aren't bad. Theirs color match the forum. And that is whats important. Its a nice design but try to make something with "fish" style, it will better match the forum.I think that you have vBulletin topic icons. If i`m right make sure that you dont have problems with them. They are nice but for them you need to play. Maybe you did pay but i have to say this. You contact buttons are too grey. They need to be more colorful. Try making are requesting new one.
'Who Is Online?' Image
You image is beautiful. I really liked the colors and idea of it. Try to make it a little bit bigger since its a very nice image and match the idea of forum.
Forum Layout & Colors (Score: 5/10):
Colors and theme are not that bad, but it can be a lot better. Not all the colors match each other. Try to remove this grey color as much as you can. Cause water is not grey .Try to add some more abstract or gradient background such is in corners of your forum instead of this pure blue. Also i dont like that black link color. Try to add something else. You forum is little too width and makes the feel od empty space on the forum. I`m using 17inc monitor maybe is cause of that but if its not try to reduce the width.

Usergroups

Population of Groups (Score:8 /10):
Since i didn't have any account i cant tell anything about groups population. Since the forum is big and you have lot of members you should have full groups. I hope that you have enough staff members to help you moderating the forum and keeping it clean.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 8/10):
As i can see you have premium members, maybe you have some special section for them, but if you dont you should make something interesting.

Posting are very good. I always say that members are hearth of the forum and every founder needs to find the way to keep them happy. It seems that found that way. You have very interesting things on your forum, even that i`m not a fisher i've readed some things.

You dont have members connected at last 24 hours showed on forum, but when i viewed this forum there was 34 users online and 13 registered, that tells that users are active.
