Quick Review

I like your attempt for a pop up box but I do not think that an image will work for you having it on there. I think that you should just use text to make it simpler. I also don't like how your forum has a cursor because it stops it from a clickable form so that you know if you're clicking or not. Also, some of your forum images for the subforums are misaligned and need more space on the left side of each one by about 5 pixels. I like how your forums are set up in the smaller way, so that there is more space on your forum in total. I think that you may be milking Jquery a bit too much with the back to top, +/- and also having the rollover icons, it may slow down your forum and I dont think this will work very well for users with slow connection. My final suggestion would be to take the sparkle effect from the background of your usergroups.
