Custom "Can't Post In This Forum" Message

You should be able to make a custom message for if you can't post in that certain forum. Example, my next forum also includes forums needing Membership to post in, so I'd make it this:
What do you think? Should this be a feature?
To post in this forum you must have a membership.
A membership is a feature for users to have that allows them to have special features such as:
1. Access to more forums
2. Monthly carnivals
3. Recieve warnings before banned
etc.
Why don't you buy one now?
