First Impressions - Rating: Poor

When first looking at a forum you should instantly know what the topic is on, and the forum should be attractive. I really didn't see any of this when looking at your forum. It appears to be really unorganized, and will need alot of work to get it up to par. I will help you, however to get it to look right.

Graphics & Layout - Rating: Very Poor

The only real graphic that I like about your forum is the forum header, however it won't make up for everything else that needs working on. First off, i recommend actually getting a background to your forum instead of having the blank background that just leads to the background image. It doesn't look good at all. Secondly, you'll want a navigation bar that fits your forums layout, not a black one in the middle of all the colors. Moving on, I highly protest against having a custom cursor since it makes everything not seem clickable. A forum looks much better without a custom cursor. After all this you'll need new post graphics since you have the same for new post and no new post. You might want to maker your secondary icons smaller too. Moving into your forums, I don't like the animations since they make your images look really distracting. I can't look at one thread without seeing something moving and looking at it.

With just over 400 members and over 50 online in the last 24 hours, your forum is doing well in this field. I think that you could do something differently to make your members come back more often. I don't know if your Wazzup and the Gaming forums are the only two you have or if there's more when you log in. More posting places gets you to the money!

Staff & Usergroups - Rating: Very Poor

I cannot click on your usergroups and see how many people are in them, so I must run off of the memberlist. The memberlist doesn't help at all, since the administrator and moderator colors are both white. I dont see a point to this since you cannot distinguish the staff on the forum for if you need to report something, it's just a bunch of white names. This urgently needs fixing in order for your forum to look great for however long you keep it.

Originality & Unique Quality - Rating: Poor

Many forums that I review are to do with anime and gaming, and you put them together. I think that for your forum to be really unique, you need a unique theme and images and an overall place for your members to have fun. Anime forums seem to be growing each day, so this means that you'll need to stay ahead of the game to keep your forum going the way you want it.

here is my reply to your review: make sur you read it if you want to improve too:

first of all, what is your "white backgroud you are talking about?)

can we see the same forum?
it does not wear a white background, maybe your country restrict you from looking
a the backgroud's sever.

anyway, this isnt an anime / gaming forum,
those are secondary themes that don't really count, they bear actually less than 30% of
the activity of WINZ00E. This forum( i should have mention it, sorry)
is about modding a specific game, thats the main theme.

and about the user groups...i guess i should improve it, since im not into it at all...
actually our philosophy is more of: admin = member
i gave admin ranks to 5 or 6 trustworthy members (not moderators, i repeat, admins)
this forum is about open space, and...equals status...
