Hi, to change the banner (i.e. the logo that appears on your forum at the top) please go to:
1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Display Tab
3. Pics management (on the left, under Pictures and Colors)
4. Advanced Mode
5. Change it for 'Forum main logo'
