Group Member Change Name Colors

So on my site i have a Veteran Group aka members who have been on for a long tim but they all half to have the same name color no one likes that.
can you guys make it where People in a group can change the color of there user names so i dont half to make about 30 veteran groups?
like say they are in veteran they go to there profile it will say User name color and have a list of colors you can put in there in admin panel.
to add can you make where when you click on edit groups there will be a box you can click that enables it where that group can change there name colors and other can not unless you want them all to?
