Can't find Admin Panel Link

Newly promoted Admin can't see link to admin panel

So I promoted the member to rank of admin, she logged out and back in. Her profile says admin but she can't see the link suggestions?

Does teh unsubscribe link override the admin panel no option

I have the option for users to unsubscribe set to no so I can find out why members wish to leave before deleting their account, but it seems the link below allows them to delete their accounts themselves. http://www.forumotion.com/en/unscribe/ Is it
