Being a clan and having an age limit is there a way so that when new people register they have to give their age so they can sign up?

They already have to. Its a profile field, i guess.

but when people register it is not a requirement to enter i wanna make it so they have to enter it

Make the Birthday Profile field a necessary field. This will then automatically calculate the age. Please try & let me know.
