Users can't post links

Hi!
I've been looking for help for my problem, which is that my users on forum can't post links in their topics. (Links to their drawings or stuff..)
When they tried to do that, this message popped out:
You are not allowed to post links and emails.
As admin myself, i can post links. Somewhere here is problem that i cant solve alone, though i have tried it..
I've tried to search similar questions here, but didn't find any.
Can this problem be solved? D:
(I hope i didn't do anything wrong for asking this..)
