Avatars Not Uploading

none of my members can upload avatars , i can't even upload one for them via ACP.
Why... I've made sure that the avatar is in it's limits.
this started just minutes ago. once you upload, they say nothing, it just goes blank.

For some reason avatars are not showing up when I try to upload one. I am not sure why. I only activated my new forum about 20 minutes ago.

Im having the same trouble with my forum too. it lets me upload with no error message then when i check my avatar it had a broken image icon. i rember the first time i uploaded my original avatar it gave me an option to auto adjust the avatar. that option isnt there anymore ?

I'm having the same problem with new members,They upload a avatar and it turns into a broken image symbol.
I have also tried putting a avatar on there profile for them but it just keeps disappearing?
Members who uploaded a avatar before last week are not affected.
(ps, love this site,keep up the good work Very Happy
