 First Impressions - Rating: Average
I can somewhat predict now-a-days the forum that I will enter when I am given a review to do, simply because so many forumotion forums have to do with Anime because of how popular it is. It's hard to find a unique forum with this, and there might not be much keeping your forum from standing out to others. Now, I came to your forum from an MMO that I was playing, so my eyes hurt a little bit already, and I must say that your forum didn't really help the situation too much. The contrast of all of your colors is hard on the eyes and should in some way, shape or form be fixed if you can.
 Graphics & Layout - Rating: Average
Many forums use the black layouts these days, and I honestly don't like forums that do. Let me tell you why; forums using a black layout for their theme don't have many options for changing and using colors. There are certain colors that go together, for instance Blue and white, Black and White, Green and Black. However, with other colors you can add more than one color to change it, however with a black background, you can really only use white and gray for colors if you don't want it to hurt the eyes. Take this into consideration. Moving on to the graphics of your forum, I really like the way that you've used them for the header, however My suggestion would be a larger font size. The other thing I do not like is that you've used a rather large image for each forum. If you were to make it smaller you can fit more forums on one page without scrolling and lazy people will be able to tell more what your forum is about aswell as see the true content of the forum; and finally I suggest you get different icons for Global Announcement and Sticky, because they are rather large for a forum.
 Forum Activity - Rating: Good
When I visited your forum there were 5 users online, and 21 guests which is really good. For a forum of your size (361 users) having 27 online at one time is a good way to go. However the misleading thing that you have is that your members connected in the last X hours is 72 instead of 24. This can be misleading for some people. Keep up the good work with activity, however.
 Staff & Usergroups - Rating: Poor
I was unable to see inside of your usergroups due to the limitations of viewing it. However, I was able to make a judgement from the outside. Going back to the black theme, you might not want to have too many usergroups, which your forum does. Because so many usergroups means so many colors. I think you can maybe Remove the testers grouup, they could just have a rank, aswell as Obelisk Dorm, Ra Dorm and Slifer Dorm having ranks, beecause there are too many colors in your userlist, a rank would suffice.
 Originality & Unique Quality - Rating: Average
There are too many anime related forums, so it's best if you try to make yours really unique by maybe making your own theme or similar. I like that all of your image are custom made, however, which is why this is bought up to an average instead of poor.
