Programming Language Community Forums

Quick Review - Very Poor
In general, I think that people shoud not ask for their forum to be reviewed untill it gets it's own unique look, or logo at least, some members and topics. If you don't have any of these, I can't really review your forum easily. But, that's my personal opinion, so I'll stick to my professional part now.
Your forum is very young, it doesn't have a logo to be recognized by, so you should work on your personal identity. Navigation bar is very good, and the colors are, too, but the whole forum lacks in active life - I will compare it with a baby - It usually sleeps untill it gets hungry, so you feed it a bit, and it gets back to sleep. That's exactly the thing with your forum - it's still a baby and it needs active members in order to work in it's full capacity and does not get to sleep often. I also can't really say anything on member count and staff because it really doesn't have active members. The only thing that is quite positive is the subject matter of the forum, because programming is kind of "boring" side of computer/interface design/web in general, so your forum can make it more popular for people who are interested in it.
In conclusion, I think that you should work a lot, starting from design to making new topics/sections and starting with promotion on other websites and forums in order of getting new and active members.
That's the key thing if you want your forum active and fresh, and let it grow into a healthy and active teenager, so it does not stay a baby.

P.S Don't look at the rating because I really couldn't rate you anything more than this. Look at the facts and be realistic about them.

Thank you. It is not quite the answer that I was hoping for, but nonetheless again. I was actually planning on creating a logo later, but for now, I am not going to continue work on the nav bar.
