I was looking through my Admin Panel and was wondering where I need to go to edit the birthday message for users.

Please provide your forum URL for appearance problems
go to acp/Users Groups/Users / Users options
Allow birthday management :yes
Enable birthday greetings : yes
Maximum user age :
(As desired)
Minimum user age :
etc............!
and save
