How do I create a thread in which a created topic can only be seen by the member who created it and the moderators/admins? I was playing around with the permission settings and I just couldn't figure it out. Is this even possible to do on forumotion? Thank you for your help!

I don't think it could be for an individual topic however you can do it through groups. You just create a forum within your site and make it only available to a certain group, I have one forum that is Administrators Den. Only people in the Administrators group can see it.

Not really, but you can put the contents of your posts in hide tags and only usergroups can see the message.
