Allow new members to post pics

Hey, I've been looking through the admin panel and through here and I can't find a solution. I need to allow new members to post and use images and youtube vids using the forum codes from external sites (using image hosting sites). Every time one of my members tries to post and an image is included, they receive a message saying they must way 7 days to be able to post images. How can I turn this off? Thanks!

This is part of a new security system Forumotion did few weeks ago.
You go to General // Security // Prohibit registered members for less than a week to post external links and emails

When I log in as a normal member (aka not the admin account) and try to post a topic with images it says:
"New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more
i cannot post pics or videos but the members of the site can. i cant seem to locate the problem...any ideas?
Hello, today something occurred to me.
I've noticed that this forum doesn't let other members post in peoples forum promotion. In all honesty to me this isn't one of the greatest rules ever.
