Black line around forum (SOLVED)

Hello, I am having difficulty removing a black line that is appearing around my entire forum.
I have looked at the colors tab and have not found which exact one it might be to make it transparent.
I have provided a screenshot and my forum link below for visual reference.
The link is visible within the red squares
