wait i am not sure if i understand what he is asking?
If he means to download things that are free for use, yes you can share them.
Like take gimp for insistence.. it is free software anyone can download.. so you can share anything that is free like that.. or even trial versions.
But now if you are then offering illegal keygen cracks,serials or host files.. then no that would not be allowed and a major violation. or if you are talking about copyrighted music or video, then that would be a no no to share as well.
So not exactly sure what he was asking?

This is not allowed. Nothing with this information can be posted on this service. Best bet is to find a host that allows you to do this.
