Reputation or feedback score with users comments

Hello!
I know forumotion has its own points and reputation system but is it possible to get or add a feedback system where users can add a comment about why they feedbacked me. I mean the kind of feedback system that powerbot.org has.
They have a feedback system where user, who has bought or sold something to another user of their site, can go to that persons profile(from who they have bought) and submit a feedback(either negative or positve one) with a comment. And people who has feedbacks, can see it on their profile and next to their names(the feedback score is in brackets) if they have posted anything.
I was wondering if this is possible to add to my forum or later in future forumotion can think about making this kind of a feedback system?

I would like to suggest here that we should have ability to comment on new skins on Hitskin.com itself instead of here on support forum. The comments should be shown under the skin preview picture on "Skin Details" page. Please
