look at the screenshot with red colour i make..
can i make my forum space more bigger...so the little space that i colour with red can be use...

Do you have custom CSS on your forum? If so that could be what's overriding the ACP.

You can't do it through CSS as you marked it there. It would need a lot adjusment to increse it like that, just that part.
Go to your AP > Diplay > Colors > CSS and find #wrap {
Change the width settings below it to change it for the whole forum.
