Invasion customizing issue.

I found this very good looking skin and planning to change from phpbb2 to invasion.
I would like to use that skin but thing is bother me is that i cant change this fields i marked on the image, i suppose that there is possibility of customizing this part.
Can anyone help with this one ?

I am not sure what I believe that is where your site banner will go. Exactly is that the skin or a forum?

I put my logo on top, and did a little customizing, but I can't get rid of the ugly bar Sad
